Precisely in Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, the quintessential wine region, amid The Wine routes and surrounded by vineyards and wineries of recognized quality our development is located on a total area of 300 hectares. Located 1037 kilometers west of Buenos Aires, Mendoza is home to over 800 wineries of which about 100 are tourism places as well, while Argentine wine exports grow by 25% per year.

Foreign investments by 1.5 billion dollars in the wine industry resulted in an annual increase of 10% in the regional economy. A significant increase in the popularity of the signature grape of Mendoza (Malbec), has helped the region achieve increased GDP similar to China in 2002-2007, while investment shows no signs of slowing.
